Patch is made from medium to heavy Twill fabric. Color fast Polyester embroidery thread is used to embroidery the words of customers choice. The size of wording and /or logo on a patch is laid out to create the best possible looking patch. The size of font used, is based on the amount of charactes and spaces for the longest line of text. Text and/or logo is allways center on the patch. Space between words and the borders of a patch should be from .125 inches up to .50 inches
